I just started skateboarding and have a few questions?

i am 5.2 and i was wondering what type of board to get.i will most likely be a street skater. Also how do i know which concaves are best for this. i can do an ollie on the carpet pretty well but whenever i go to land on concrete (stationary) the board slips out from under me. I could really use some advice
