Kindey infection or Ovulation pains?

I used to get severe kidney infections when I was younger. Believe me, there was no waking up at night, the pain was sooooooo horrendous in my lower back, towards the sides a bit, that sleep never happened. I could have never went for days with it. If this is caused by ovulation, you may be starting with the more severe type. In the meantime, take a Motrin product. And be sure to take the recommended dosage, and only as often as they say.
