It sounds like your wound is infected. A cat scratch gets infected quite quickly as it is filled with toxins. Keep your would dry and keep applying a drawing ointment with will draw any infection out of the wound. If it does not heal by tomorrow, I would suggest you see a doctor as you may need an injection due to infection having settled in the wound.
