Why do U.S.laborers suck so badly that U.S.Capitalists are outsourcing for more malleable/desperate laborers?

I suck but in the way. And I haven't been outsourced lately. Well except for Jan of this year when 80,000 lost their jobs but I got another one that pays more. I'm scheduling fine Aluminum products made here in KY and I ship products all over the world.
