I Have These Weird Red Marks on My Body...(cont.)?

I have these weird red marks on my body. They're small, and sort of bright red. Almost like a pimple, but on my body. There aren't many. When I put acne cream on one of the marks, it got smaller. Are these pimples, or something else? Acne cream helps it, but I don't know why they would be on my body (there are about 5 of them, and they are spread out around my body - none of them are near each other). Is it a bug bite?
