Has anyone else ever had problems with free state health insurance?

The state insurance is only supposed to be free if you cannot afford regular insurance. Not sure how you slip through the cracks. Anyone who should be getting the free insurance does need the food stamps, welfare, tax riders, etc., so it makes sense for them to be talking about those things to anyone on the free state insurance. Anyone who has enough money that they do not need those things and can afford regular insurance should not be on the state insurance.
