Believers and non-believers, do you think a "gay gene" exist or more with environmental affects?

I'm a psychologist, and the latest twin study (Santtila et al., 2008) confirms, just like ALL the other studies did throughout the past two decades, that it is one's environment that plays a predominant role, if not exclusive! It is why the APA had to eventually change their position to reflect science, and not politics. And, yes, contrary to what another psychologist has said here, amidst all his or her ad hominem arguments, there is a longitudinal study in progress that already indicates the possibility of changing one's ual orientation (Jones and Yarhouse, 2008). So, it won't be long before the APA will have to change their inaccurate position on reparative therapies as well.
