I am from NH where u just go the the city halls website but I am in Luzerne county pa and they dont do it the same way. I live in plymouth pa and need to find out who owns this house. I rented it from one person and 2 months later another person came buy saying that they were the owner and that the guy I have been paying money too is just leasing it and there wasnt a provision for a sublet. anyone know where I can see who the legal owner is?
